Planning and Logistics Coordinator

Cardo Group is a family of companies delivering building maintenance services to local authorities, social housing providers, and their residents. Our multi-company group provides quality, value for money maintenance, compliance, and retrofit services across the south west, south east, and midlands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day planning of operatives (direct and subcontractors) to ensure all jobs are adequately allocated, attended, FOW raised, jobs re-booked or closed off as necessary on a daily basis.
  • Reviewing jobs on Dynamics and feeding back into reports as well as raising any risks to Operational Management.
  • Daily monitoring of jeopardy to ensure no jobs are booked out of target and monitor absence levels to ensure all jobs are completed.
  • Daily monitoring of overdue orders.
  • Liaising and calling back completion sheets from subcontractors.
  • Booking/re-allocating operative annual leave, sickness, training, TBT, van breakdown, etc.
  • Subcontractor updates & diary management.
  • Cooperating with the planning supervisor and teammates as and when required.
  • Working with other teams/operatives/Subcontractors to cover another planner/call Centre advisors' AL, sickness, and at busy times of the day.

This role would suit someone who has a background in dealing with Responsive Repairs or Planning/Scheduling working in a fast-paced environment.
