About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Manager to lead our Client Services team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Consultants to meet input and output targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a winning strategy for new business growth
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to achieve individual targets
  • Build a positive and productive team culture to drive results and engagement
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular updates to the Head of Outbound Sales
  • Identify and address performance issues within the team

Requirements
  • Proven track record of coaching and mentoring
  • Experience in the Property sector (preferred)
  • Driven and motivated to exceed targets
  • Ability to adapt, grow, and learn quickly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications
