We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our Corporate Estates Facilities Management team based across sites in Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, and Buckinghamshire.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting Planned and Reactive Maintenance across the Client estate. Your primary role will include carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities, identifying and reporting critical plant failures, supervising M&E subcontract labor, and conducting building inspections.
The ideal candidate will have Commercial Multi Skilled Maintenance experience, specifically within mechanical, fabric, and electrical disciplines. Good customer liaison skills, experience of reactive maintenance, and relevant certifications such as 18th Edition and 2391 are essential. HVAC & FGas qualifications would be beneficial.
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
