Paid Search Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Search Manager to join our team at Dentsu Media in Stafford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across various platforms to meet client objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account strategies in partnership with clients and PPC Directors to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure the operational success of accounts, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with Account Directors to identify growth opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing and planning paid search campaigns, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment.
- Proficiency in managing and planning campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with experience on SA360 and international search engines a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Proven track record of delivering successful paid search campaigns and achieving key performance metrics.
