We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher to join our team at Prospero Teaching. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is eager to inspire and educate young minds in a supportive primary school environment in North Tyneside.

The role will involve planning and delivering engaging and informative lessons to full classes with the support of Teaching Assistants. A key part of the role will be to differentiate lessons appropriately and work effectively alongside other members of staff to ensure all pupils are able to make progress and are taught in a way that is suited to their individual needs and learning styles.

Another key part of the role will be to build positive relationships with pupils and other members of staff to ensure challenging behaviour is managed in a positive, proactive, and consistent manner. This is a brilliantly supportive, inspiring, and enjoyable environment for both pupils and staff.

This role will give you the opportunity to make a difference to the lives and progress of children every day. Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and teaching engaging and informative lessons that inspire Reception pupils and allows all pupils to reach their full potential.
