About the Role
1st Staff Limited is one of the leading alternative providers working nationwide with specialist staff helping students from 4-25 years of age with both educational and therapeutic needs.
We are looking for a Learning Mentor Coordinator to work with children with a range of SEN in the Saffron Walden area. The role will involve delivering sessions on a 1:1 basis to young people unable to attend mainstream education.
Requirements:
- Experience working with a range of SEN
- Able to plan and deliver fun and interesting lessons
- Caring and friendly nature to build rapport with the young person and their family
- Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals
What We Offer:
- $22-$32 per hour dependent on experience
- Part-time or full-time work available
- Long-term contracts
