Job Brief

Fram Executive Search is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a skilled IFA Administrator to join a reputable Wealth Management firm based in Bedfordshire. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Financial Planning Director and providing exceptional administrative support to our advisors.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide administrative support to IFAs, including managing client documentation and coordinating meetings.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant record keeping, maintaining and updating client records and databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and financial statements.
  • Liaise with clients and providers to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a competitive benefits package, including a generous holiday allowance and opportunities for professional development.
