About the Role

This Senior IFA Support Role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Administrator to develop their skills further. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare review meeting files and submit new business and process trades accurately and on time.
  2. Assist FPAs with new business document preparation and manage client data with high accuracy.
  3. Provide support to Operations Manager gathering client MI and carrying out organisational projects.
  4. Manage the firm's review meeting schedule and ensure tasks in the main database are updated regularly.
  5. Ensure all client communications and documents are scanned in the virtual cabinet in a timely manner.
  6. General office duties include answering phones/intercom, filling, scanning, and photocopying.
  7. Act as a cover for other Administration team members when out of the office (annual leave, sick leave, lunch breaks etc).

The estimated salary for this role is around £38,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
