About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a successful Sales and Marketing Team at Probe UK, a leading provider in the UK and a market leader in Europe. The company operates in a growth market and is known for its commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking inbound enquiries from all sources and advising customers on products and services that best suit their needs.
  • Maintaining a good relationship with existing customers and developing new business opportunities.
  • Being cross-trained across all areas of the sales function and maintaining an excellent level of product knowledge.
  • Ensuring all customers are advised considerately through the decision-making process and updating the database/CRM with customer records.
  • Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments and resolving any sales-related issues with customers.
  • Providing basic technical assistance to customers calling in with enquiries.
Requirements
  • A professional Customer Service Advisor with effective questioning and listening skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and help customers through the decision-making process.
  • A genuine passion for helping people and a positive attitude to the working day.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Word, internet, and email.
  • The ability to work to agreed processes and procedures to deliver daily KPIs.
  • Call centre, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage.
