Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.
About the Role:- Support the Store Manager in the management of the store, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales growth.
- Manage and develop a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including stock levels, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, data protection, and customer service standards.
