About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business and lead the team in their absence.
  • Bring our brand to life by delivering amazing customer experiences and leading the team to achieve high standards.
  • Act as a role model for the team, providing training and development opportunities.
  • Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.
