Primary School SEND Manager

Role and Responsibilities: As our new SENDCo, you will lead and manage the provision for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). You will develop and implement strategies to support students' academic, social, and emotional development, and coordinate and oversee the work of support staff.
Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will have expertise and dedication to lead and inspire students with SEND. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies. You will also have a good understanding of SEND policies and procedures, and be able to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulations.
Working Arrangements: This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement strategies to support students with SEND.
