About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Operations Specialist Lead to join our team at Armstrong Knight. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in the music and entertainment sectors.

Your primary focus will be on creating and maintaining royalty accounts, preparing and reviewing royalty statements, and analyzing contracts. You will also facilitate timely payments to artists and other recipients, research historical royalty payments, and assist with other royalties projects as needed.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in an environment servicing music and entertainment clients, with knowledge of software packages such as QuickBooks and Xero. AAT qualification or suitable bookkeeping/business management experience is also desirable.
