About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with life-limiting illnesses and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized care and support to patients in their own homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Monitor symptoms, administer medications, and maintain accurate records of patient care.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families, promoting a sense of comfort and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in end-of-life care.

Requirements
