Job Description

As a Conveyancing Legal Assistant at OPR Resourcing Specialists, you will play a vital role in supporting our conveyancing team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our conveyancing cases, and providing day-to-day guidance on queries related to the conveyancing procedure.

Responsibilities
  1. To prepare all forms and letters on our conveyancing case management system with accuracy and attention to detail.
  2. To handle incoming and outgoing calls, updating clients and work providers on case progress, and dealing with any queries or issues that may arise.
  3. To develop a deep understanding of the conveyancing process and provide guidance on day-to-day queries related to this area.
  4. To oversee the completion process from exchange to completion, including generating necessary letters, submitting completion statements and requests for funds in a timely manner, and obtaining all required funds before the completion date.
  5. To possess excellent administration skills, at least 1+ year's experience in the conveyancing field, and a good working knowledge of MS Office.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a pension scheme, 25 days' holiday, and an office bonus scheme. The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £31,000 per annum.
