About the Role
We're looking for a confident and friendly communicator to join our team as a Store to Home Picker. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building relationships, and sharing product knowledge with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized product recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications, to provide accurate and informed advice to customers.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements
