Store Manager

At Flannels, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Glasgow. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales associates, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Maximise sales and revenue growth through effective merchandising, visual displays, and customer engagement
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising
- Monitor and analyse sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Proven retail experience, preferably in a premium or luxury environment
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions
