IT Help Desk Manager

An established client of Senitor Associates in the Technology sector is seeking a skilled IT Help Desk Manager to join their internal IT department on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Incident and Service Request processes for both internal and external customers.
This role requires a strong leader with the ability to improve and build the processes around the Service Desk as the business evolves. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT systems and applications, as well as experience with cloud-based technologies such as Azure hosting, AVD, RDS, and Microsoft Office technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the general maintenance and support of all on-site IT systems and applications.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Provide support and act as a mentor to the support team to ensure they can perform to the best of their ability and develop with the business.
- Ensure that IT support remains available during weekend and business hours.
- Continually anticipate areas of improvement and development to support the company's ambitious growth plans.
- Ensure the team adheres to SLAs/Targets.
