This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing IFA firm as an IFA Administrator. The company is led by highly respected names in the industry and is backed by a private equity firm. They are currently on a rapid growth phase, with £4.5bn of AuM, and are looking to build a strong team of passionate and skilled team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide financial planning administration support to the team of Financial Advisors, who provide holistic financial planning to clients.
- Process and chase new business, obtaining illustrations, projections, and valuations as required.
- Answer and assist with client queries, accurately updating and maintaining information on the back office system.
- Prepare documents for suitability reports, liaise with clients and providers, and prepare client meeting packs.
- Experience as an Administrator within a financial planning firm.
- Good knowledge of financial planning processes and how a Financial Advisor operates.
- Motivation by the prospect of joining a growing business and the exciting change this brings.
- Salary of £26,000 - £32,000.
- Company benefits including 4x DIS, PMI, Group Income Protection, Employee Assistance programme, medicash, 5% pension (company matched up to 10%), discretionary bonus of 10%, and 24 days holiday + bank holidays, rising up to 30 days.
- Hybrid working with 60/40 split of office and home working.
- 37.5 hours per week.
