We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Som Saa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Ensure the efficient operation of the restaurant, including stock management, ordering, and inventory control
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback to staff
- Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring efficient use of staff resources
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including stock management, ordering, and inventory control
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail
