**Job Title:** Electroplating Specialist

**Location:** Reading, UK

We are seeking an experienced Electroplating Specialist to join our team at Omega Resource Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for the plating and inspection of components used in various industries, including aerospace and defense.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan and implement procedures to ensure best practices and high efficiency in plating operations.
  • Establish and maintain control plans for all plating processes.
  • Identify and address current process issues, integrating improvements to enhance productivity and quality.

**Requirements:**

  • Apprenticeship in Engineering related discipline or similar.
  • Chemical processes qualifications (essential).
  • Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
  • 5 years minimum experience in a production environment.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include competitive salary, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, company pension, and employee share options.
