Job Title: Senior Retail Stocking Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Retail Stocking Associate to join our team at Harbor Freight Tools. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our stores are well-stocked and organized, providing an exceptional customer experience, and contributing to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and maintaining a well-organized stockroom.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, creating an attractive and engaging shopping experience for customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and special projects.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
