Job Title: Senior Retail Stocking Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Retail Stocking Associate to join our team at Harbor Freight Tools. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and organized store environment, ensuring that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience in our store.
  • Handle various sales transactions, including processing payments and handling returns.
  • Encourage customers to participate in company programs and promotions.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and rotating inventory.
  • Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Preferred: 1 year experience in retail or customer service.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
  • Open availability with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
  • Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with our Injury and Illness Prevention Program.
