About This Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Account Handler to join our client's team in Ringwood. The role involves developing and maintaining a portfolio of clients across various commercial insurance sectors.
Main Responsibilities:
- To achieve individual sales targets through new business and renewals.
- To track and monitor progress of activity, with a focus on monitoring conversion rates for leads, appointments, quotes, and sales activity.
- To support and adhere to new and existing sales incentives, including cross-selling, networking, and referrals.
- To ensure customer service levels are implemented and maintained to a high level, with a focus on achieving KPIs.
- To respond to telephone enquiries within agreed timeframes.
- To prepare and send out full presentations to market, ensuring the best premium and level of cover are obtained for clients.
- To manage administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- To build long-term relationships with clients.
