Claims Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Executive to join our team at Howden Group Holdings. As a Claims Executive, you will be responsible for the proactive management of all claims from inception to resolution, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and support throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and analyze claims to determine liability and potential losses
- Develop and implement effective claims handling strategies to minimize losses and maximize client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including underwriters, brokers, and claims adjusters, to ensure seamless claims handling
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on claim status and progress
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and exposures
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in claims handling
- Minimum 5 years of experience in claims handling or a related field
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
