About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Deputy Director of Workforce Planning & Systems to lead our client's workforce planning function.

This is a challenging role that requires expertise in strategic workforce planning, providing specialist advice and insight to the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new models of care and ensuring a supply of traditional and new roles to support the People Plan.

As a hybrid worker, you will spend a minimum of 2 days on site per week and must have experience of leading workforce planning in a complex organisation, ideally within the NHS.

The ideal candidate will also have experience in holding corporate responsibility for Workforce Systems and services at a Head of level or higher.

Job Description

Our client is offering a competitive salary of £140,000 per annum, plus benefits including flexible working arrangements, opportunities for professional development and growth, and a supportive and collaborative work environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing specialist advice and insight to senior leaders
