Tactical Ventilation Specialist

Become an integral part of our team at EngineeringUK's Fire Service College as an Instructor, where you'll play a vital role in shaping the next generation of firefighters. With a focus on tactical ventilation and positive pressure ventilation, this role offers a unique blend of challenge and opportunity for growth.
This fixed-term contract runs until March 2026, with a 40-hour workweek and flexibility to work some weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver innovative training programs for delegates
- Collaborate with the London Fire Brigade to create comprehensive training courses
- Evaluate delegate performance and provide constructive feedback
- Serve as Safety Officer during live fire exercises, ensuring a safe learning environment
Qualifications and Skills:
- Accredited Breathing Apparatus Instructor qualification
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of IT systems experience (MS Office)
