Cost Management Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cost Management Professional to join our team at Long O Donnell Associates Limited. As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting experienced Quantity Surveyors in the cost and contractual management of projects and frameworks for a variety of clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the management and administration of NEC 3/4 or forms of contract for water projects
- Providing advice and recommendations to clients to protect their interests
- Working across the full project life cycle, from cost plans to claims management and final accounts
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A degree in Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
- Working towards or willing to start working towards MRICS qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Project QS (PQS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong work ethic and computer literacy
