About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales and Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in residential real estate.

As a Junior Sales and Marketing Representative, you will play a key role in supporting the team in managing a portfolio of high-profile developments across a range of price points in Birmingham City Centre and surrounding affluent West Midlands suburbs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct viewings with prospective buyers, manage buyer enquiries, negotiate and close sales, and help coordinate creative marketing ideas and activities to drive enquiries and sales.
  • Engage professionally and respectfully with customers and clients, providing informed advice on properties and negotiating prices.
  • Market and promote properties effectively, leveraging social media and other channels to reach potential buyers.
  • Fully understand the sales process from exchange to completion, keeping accurate records updated in our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong team player willing to get stuck in and learn.
  • Ambitious with a desire to progress in the role, confident use of the telephone to generate leads from our database.
  • Highly organised and punctual, able to quickly build rapport and develop long-standing relationships with clients and purchasers.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary (£25,000 - £35,000 per annum) plus monthly commission.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
