**Overview**

As a member of our Saga team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Cruise Guest Advisor to join our team.

**Job Summary**

We are looking for an individual who is knowledgeable about cruise travel and has excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calls from guests, providing tailored advice and assistance, and upselling opportunities where possible.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Managing calls from guests in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing tailored advice and assistance to guests, including recommending luxury ocean itineraries
  • Upselling opportunities where possible
  • Handling both sales and service calls, adhering to guest service best practice
  • Sending follow-up emails to guests, observing high attention to detail with focus on spelling and grammar

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role, ideally in the travel industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to learn and understand our products and services
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible approach to work, including occasional evening or weekend shifts

**Working Arrangements**

This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days in Ashford, Kent. You will work from home Tuesday to Thursday and attend the office on Mondays and Fridays. The hours for this role cover the opening hours of 9am-6pm Monday to Friday, with the requirement to work 1 Saturday in 3, 9am-5pm.
