About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Trust's digital transformation journey. As a Digital Implementation Officer, you will play a key role in delivering digital solutions to enable our services to transform.

Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating different parts of the project, ensuring effective collaboration among team members, and assessing project progress to identify areas for improvement. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information, including data, reports, and insights, which are crucial for supporting digital projects across the organisation.

You will also take the lead in managing communications related to the project, both within the team and with external partners, ensuring that everyone is aligned with the organisation's goals.

Main Duties
  1. Help plan, design, and deliver training programs to ensure effective use of digital systems.
  2. Assist in setting up digital systems to meet project needs.
  3. Work closely with the project manager to create important documents, such as reports, project plans, and logs that track risks and issues.
  4. Identify potential problems and address them early on to ensure project success.
