Electrical Field Engineer Position

Shorterm Group is currently seeking an Electrical Field Engineer to join their team on a long-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services and a minimum of 5 years of experience in coordinating projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technical submittals and builders work drawings, scheduling and tracking project timelines, and creating record drawings and design drawings. They will also be required to develop installed drawings and O&M Manuals, process requisitions, and collaborate with suppliers to secure cost-effective pricing.

The Electrical Field Engineer will work closely with the project team to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, review project documentation, drawings, and calculations, and manage all other duties associated with the role.

Key requirements for the position include proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project, as well as excellent time management, prioritisation, and communication skills.

Shorterm Group is a specialist electrical & instrumentation services contractor providing engineering, construction, commissioning, and maintenance services.
