Electrical Field Service Engineer - Power Station

Up to £48,000 + Benefits and Bonus

Location: Essex & Southeast

Alecto Recruitment is seeking a qualified Electrician or Electrical Engineer with experience in industrial environments to join our client in Essex as an Electrical Field Service Engineer.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Carrying out a range of electrical tasks and duties on industrial plant and rotating equipment.
  2. Installation, testing, fault finding, maintenance, and commissioning of machinery.
  3. Assisting in electrical works at the company workshop.
  4. Ensuring the maintenance reports and logs are kept up to date.
  5. Ensuring maintenance activities are carried out within defined budgets.
  6. Ensuring compliance with all health & safety and legal requirements.
  7. Working as part of a call-out rota.
  8. Electrically trained Engineers, Technicians, and/or Fitters with training and experience with rotating equipment and heavy industrial plant.
  9. Experience with compressors, pumps, turbines, generators, water or wastewater equipment, and power plants.
  10. NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical qualifications.
  11. Full driving licence.
Package Details

This role is worked Monday to Friday with a 1 in 5 Call Out Rota. This opportunity comes with a vast amount of training and the possibility of Overtime. Field Service Package includes Van, Tools, Fuel Card. Overtime is paid at 1.25 times the hourly rate.
