Job Title: Retail Team Lead

Join Henderson Group as a Retail Team Lead and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

As a Retail Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail staff to provide a shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. You will work closely with the Assistant Manager and Store Manager to achieve store goals and objectives, and will be responsible for training and developing your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of retail staff to provide a shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations
  • Work closely with the Assistant Manager and Store Manager to achieve store goals and objectives
  • Train and develop your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Be a positive role model to the team and represent the values of Henderson Group
  • Support the Store Manager to maximise store performance
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience, with at least 6 months at a supervisory level
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
