We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer/Plumber to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established FM Property company based in London, responsible for maintaining a large tourist attraction in South West London.

About the Role

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer/Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks across the site. This will include monitoring mechanical plant, performing plumbing work, and completing electrical duties. You will also be required to escort specialist subcontractors and maintain the building's fabric.

About You
  • You must be mechanically/plumbing qualified and able to provide copies of your trade certificates.
  • You should have a proven track record in commercial or property maintenance and experience with installation.
  • Excellent customer service skills are essential, as well as a willingness to cover a large site.
The Package

We are offering a competitive salary of up to £38,000 per annum, plus overtime opportunities. You will also receive 25 days' holiday + bank holidays and a company pension scheme.
