Job Title: Senior AI Researcher

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Researcher to join our team at LightSpeed Studios. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing AI systems for generating high-quality 3D models from textual descriptions or image inputs.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop AI algorithms for 3D model generation, focusing on improving quality, speed, diversity, and controllability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate 3D models into game environments, enhancing player experience and promoting the application of AI technology in specific business scenarios.
  • Optimize AIGC large models for 3D generation, ensuring seamless deployment and product implementation.
Requirements:
  • Ph.D. in Computer Vision or Computer Graphics, with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Outstanding achievements in areas such as 3D mesh model generation, mesh texturing, and PBR material generation.
  • Experience in using and training AI models, including Diffusion, ViT, DiT, GAN, ControlNet, LoRA, IP-Adapter, Inpainting, and superresolution.
  • Strong ability to learn, self-drive, and communicate effectively, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python or C/C++, and mastery of deep learning frameworks.
