Job Title: Insurance Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Project Manager to join our Business Transformation Group in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, design, develop, plan, and coordinate end-to-end project processes to deliver multiple projects.
  • Manage multiple levels of management stakeholders across different lines of business and support areas, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including RAID logs, produced plans, schedules, dependencies, defect resolution, change management, and associated presentations and meeting minutes.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and project workstreams, as well as third parties, to understand and clarify business needs and ensure they are translated into optimum solutions.
  • Ensure all business and IT operational areas are ready to accept change.
  • Support stakeholders in embedding, handover, and closure of projects into business as usual.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in the London Market Insurance Industry.
  • Strong experience of Project Management in the Insurance industry.
  • A willingness to be flexible and respond appropriately to changing and/or conflicting demands.
  • Strong end-to-end Project Lifecycle experience, using a variety of methodologies.
  • Professional, organized, energetic, diplomatic, calm, and pragmatic.
  • Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset and a hands-on approach.
  • Confident communicator required to work with all people at all levels of the company and eager to learn new skills.
  • Foster effective relationships across the business.
  • Willing to grasp concepts of a technical nature with a sound understanding of the underlying business environment.
  • Computer literate (e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel, MS Projects, Wrike, Visio, Miro, etc.) and able to pick up new concepts.
