Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Ki Insurance. As an Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of our technology platform, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will work closely with our engineering team to plan, design, and implement new features and functionality, and will be responsible for ensuring that our technology is aligned with our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of our technology platform, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • Work closely with our engineering team to plan, design, and implement new features and functionality.
  • Ensure that our technology is aligned with our business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement technical best practices, policies, and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of our technology platform.
  • Collaborate with our product management team to define and prioritize product requirements.
  • Work with our engineering leadership team to plan, forecast, and manage Ki's investment in technology and its engineering department.
  • Be accountable for the operational health of the product group, using data to drive improvements and ensuring that our products are delivered and supported to a high standard.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in software engineering roles, with a strong focus on project management and leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong technical expertise, with a deep understanding of software development methodologies and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
