Role Summary:Job Title: SEMH Teaching Assistant
Location: Kempston, Bedfordshire
Salary: £22,500 - £24,500 per annum (approximately £440 - £480 per week)
Sector: Education and Training
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only
Start Date: ASAP
Duties and Responsibilities:- Support pupils aged 4-19 with mild to moderate SEMH needs, helping them achieve their best.
- Work closely with a team of experienced SEN specialists to develop tailored education plans.
- Assist students in their academic journey, providing guidance and support where needed.
- A passion for supporting students with SEN and making a positive impact on their lives.
- Experience working with children or young adults with SEN is desirable.
- A creative and dynamic approach to education and training.
