Learning and Behaviour Support Worker

At Academics, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Learning and Behaviour Support Worker to join our team. As an Aspiring Assistant Psychologist, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality education and training services.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting students with Autism and other Special Educational Needs, developing and delivering individualized educational programs, and contributing to the creation of a supportive and inclusive learning environment. With your expertise and enthusiasm, you will help our students to reach their full potential and make meaningful progress in their educational journey.
Requirements:
- A degree in Psychology or related field (preferable) and/or previous SEN experience
- An interest in mental health and Autism
- Knowledge of different types of learning and behavioural needs (SEMH elements of the provision)
- A local commute to Kempston
Salary: £460-£500 per week
