  2. Account Management: Manage a portfolio of client partnerships, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
  4. Networking: Utilize networking skills to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers in the FinTech industry.
  5. Travel: Travel to Germany regularly to meet with clients and partners, and to attend industry events and conferences.

Requirements:

  1. Language Skills: Fluency in German and English is essential.
  2. Industry Experience: Previous experience in new business development/account managing in the FinTech/financial services or e-commerce sector is highly desirable.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  4. Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze business opportunities and develop effective strategies to drive growth and expansion.
