Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Bus Engineer to join our team at Shorterm Group. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail. As a Bus Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of buses, ensuring they are in top condition for safe and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical systems on buses
  • Performing preventative maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults to ensure correct repairs
  • Working effectively with colleagues to achieve workshop objectives

Requirements:
To be successful as a Bus Engineer, you will need:
  • A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills to deal with customers and colleagues
  • A commitment to safety and quality

This is a night shift role with a competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
