Job Title: Senior Adviser, Centre for Corporate Governance

We are seeking a highly experienced and respected thought leader to join our team as a Senior Adviser, Centre for Corporate Governance. As a key member of our Centre, you will play a critical role in shaping our thought leadership on corporate governance and related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality thought leadership on corporate governance, including reports, articles, and other materials.
  • Meet with internal and external experts and practitioners to curate their insights and perspectives on corporate governance.
  • Oversee and contribute to Centre events and activities, including webinars, podcasts, and blog articles.
  • Coordinate the meetings and feedback of the Centre's Advisory Board.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and the external business and corporate governance community to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
  • Long-standing experience and reputation as a governance expert, thought leader, or commentator.
  • Excellent connections in the governance, ESG, and business community.
  • Ability to use evidence, synthesise and organise information to produce high-quality written material.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
