RESPONSIBLE TO: Head of Business Growth
STATUS: Two full-time and one part-time contract positions available, each with a different level of commitment.
SALARY: Up to £28,734
This is an office-based contract with flexible working arrangements.
The expectation is attendance for a minimum of three days a week for the full-time positions and one day a week for the part-time position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To deliver high-quality curriculum development advice to education providers, supporting them to offer a diverse and engaging curriculum to their learners.
- To design and deliver high-quality training sessions for new and existing providers, focusing on growing their provision and improving their services.
- To work closely with the Head of Business Growth to develop and implement strategies that support the growth and development of education providers.
- To maintain strong relationships with education providers, understanding their needs and providing tailored support to help them achieve their goals.
- To contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the growth and development of education providers.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Contract Officer to join our team at Open Awards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in curriculum development, training, and provider support, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
