As a Global Medical Liaison at Charles Taylor Assistance, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, evidence-based patient care to individuals facing unexpected medical circumstances while traveling abroad.

With a strong background in A&E, ICU, or acute medicine, you will be responsible for liaising with patients, hospitals, and medical staff across the globe to ensure the correct and appropriate treatment is being given.

You will work closely with Case Managers to keep them updated on case decisions and provide safe, high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of post-registration experience, be NMC registered, and have recent experience in an A&E / ICU / acute medicine setting.

As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will be part of a diverse and progressive global Medical Assistance business that offers invaluable opportunities to direct the highest levels of clinical care.

You will be responsible for responding to calls, consulting with clients and colleagues, and completing accurate and focussed reviews and reports.

The role requires tenacious, enthusiastic, and motivated individuals who can make clinically sound decisions about patient care as a case develops.

As an International Patient Advocate, you will provide a vital lifeline to travellers who are facing unexpected medical circumstances.

You will work in a highly collaborative environment where learning and development is given priority, and you will enjoy working in a team and enjoy the process of learning.

The salary and benefits package includes a Simply Health Cash Plan worth £1700 per annum, contributory pension scheme, and 33 days of annual leave including bank holidays.
