We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Charles Taylor Assistance. As a key member of our global medical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to calls and consult with clients and colleagues in a timely manner, ensuring accurate and effective patient care.
  • Liaise with patients, hospitals, and medical staff globally to ensure the best possible treatment outcomes.
  • Complete thorough and accurate reviews and reports, providing valuable insights to Case Managers.
  • Keep Case Managers informed of cover decisions, reasons for no cover, and consent and disclaimer information.
  • Assess patients' fitness for return home and provide safe and high-quality care.
  • Handle all calls with confidentiality and empathy, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of post-registration experience.
  • NMC registered.
  • Recent experience in A&E, ICU, or acute medicine settings.
  • Tenacious, enthusiastic, and motivated individual with confidence in making clinically sound decisions.
  • Minimum 3-month office-based training period.
