We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Charles Taylor Assistance. As a key member of our global medical assistance business, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals around the world.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to calls and consult with clients and colleagues in a timely manner, adhering to triage priorities.
- Liaise with patients, hospitals, and medical staff globally to ensure appropriate treatment.
- Complete accurate and focused reviews and reports.
- Keep Case Managers updated on case decisions and reasons for no cover.
- Assess patient fitness for return home.
- Deal with calls in confidence and empathy.
- Provide safe, high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
- Minimum 5 years post-registration experience.
- NMC registered.
- Recent experience in A&E / ICU / acute medicine setting.
- Tenacious, enthusiastic, and motivated.
- Confidence in making clinically sound decisions.
- Minimum 3-month office-based training period.
- Potential for hybrid home and office working.
- Simply Health Cash Plan worth £1700 per annum.
- Contributory pension scheme.
- 33 days of annual leave including bank holidays (incremental with years of service).
