Job Title: Associate Director

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Planning team at Lanpro. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business and driving growth.

About the Role

The Associate Director will be responsible for leading planning projects, coordinating and overseeing teams, and building upon existing client relationships. You will also take a leadership role in developing the team's core competencies and assisting the Regional Director in the day-to-day management of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead planning projects and teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Manage and develop a team of planning professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI)
  • Proven experience in planning and development, ideally in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
