We are currently working with a high growth Real Estate group to find a Non-Exec Director and Chair of their Remuneration & Nomination Committee.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's continued growth and success.

**Job Description**

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Working closely with the founder and Board, you will participate actively in decision-making and scrutinise management performance.

You will also serve as Chair and key member of the RNC, advising on board and executive remuneration and contributing to nomination processes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will require:

• Relevant experience in compensation, benefits and remuneration
• Proven track record operating at Board level within the Real Estate/Built Environment sector
• Significant experience as a Non-Executive Director and chairing an RNC previously
