Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of operational technology engineers.

  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs.
  • Develop and implement technology strategies for manufacturing, lab, and IT operations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and implement cybersecurity measures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in operational technology or a similar role.
  • Proven team and vendor management experience.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP) are a plus.
